Anette & Nathan Engagement

Anette and Nathan met on a Cruise ship of all places! What an adventure they were on from the start!

We first met over Skype. Anette was still in Australia (Her home) for the Holidays and Nathan was home in Kansas (His Home). Then, I of course was in Oklahoma. (geeee... I love technology!)

I knew after our first meeting these two would be awesome clients and soon to become friends.

For the Engagement Session we agreed to meet halfway in-between Topeka and OKC.

I found what I like the call the "secrete garden of Kansas." The Bartlett Arboretum was established in 1910 and is on the National Historic Registry. I highly recommend visiting if you ever find yourself in the area.

They even have the cutest little tree swing and when we spotted it, there was no doubt it would make for some fun photos.

I love taking beautiful, unique photos of my clients, but also want to show who they are as a couple, how they interact with each other and just have a lot of fun!

I love this cute little create mossy sign we found near the front of the park. Check out #bartlettarb on Instagram for more sneaks into the secrete garden!

It was so nice finally meeting you both and cannot wait to celebrate your wedding in May!!

Also, I have to brag a bit because I really do have the most beautiful brides!!!

Here is a little behind the scenes look at some of the fun we had while shooting this engagement shoot. Thanks to Will for capturing this footage.
