A sweet fall wedding at the
Lycan Conservatory
I received a call from Kali about a month before her wedding day. We met at Cuppies and went over her plans and what she was hoping to capture on her wedding day. I was so happy she contacted me. Kali is a good friend of my sister-in-law’s and I was so honored to capture her day and be a part of these “I DO’s.”
She told me upfront that it was going to be a bit un-traditional with pizza, doughnuts and just a lot of fun. I was hooked!
Kali looked absolutely amazing in her blush dress with beautiful flowers she arranged herself! When we arrived at the venue there were friends and family members who were quickly setting up the conservatory for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception area! It was really neat to see everyone pulling together to set everything up and make the couple’s wedding day dreams come true.
I love the bright airy feel of the venue space! The light came in from all sides and illuminated the ceremony. It was breathtaking. By the time the ceremony began, the sun had slightly gone down and it was the perfect setting for the ceremony.
Kali and Jesse fed each other doughnuts and celebrated with their friends over pizza and wine. Everyone loved the laid back atmosphere the couple provided. Their day was so fun and we’re so thankful for families that make us feel like a part of their world and welcome us with open arms!
Enjoy my favorite images from their gorgeous day! Thank you to all who helped make Kali and Jesse’s day a success!
xoxo-Jessica
